March for Miracles Announces Appointment of New Board of Directors

Tampa, Florida, 11-May-2026, March for Miracles, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting premature babies, NICU families, and underserved communities, is proud to announce the appointment of three distinguished professionals to its Board of Directors.

The newly appointed Board Directors bring extensive leadership experience across healthcare, technology, business transformation, and community engagement, strengthening the organization’s mission and long-term vision.

Adrienne Lugo

Board Director

Adrienne Lugo currently serves as Head of Sales at Sera Prognostics, where she leads national commercial strategy to expand adoption of PreTRM®, a groundbreaking test designed to identify women at risk for spontaneous preterm birth.

Throughout her 20+ year career in women’s health and diagnostics, Adrienne has focused on bringing innovative, clinically meaningful solutions to market and ensuring they not only launch, but scale. Her work is deeply connected to improving outcomes for mothers and babies.

A Tampa native and mother of three, Adrienne is active in the community and enjoys the outdoors and traveling as much as possible. She is passionate about supporting families through challenging moments.

Laura Boehner

Board Director

Laura Boehner brings a passion for purpose-driven work, along with broad experience across both the nonprofit and private sectors. She currently serves as Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, where she supports global impact through leadership in technology, digital strategy, and governance.

Throughout her career, Laura has worked in complex, mission-led environments as well as in the for-profit sector, giving her a balanced perspective on sustainable growth, accountability, and long-term impact. Laura is passionate about supporting children and families and looks forward to contributing her experience and energy to the March for Miracles community.

Meenakshi Kumar

Board Director

Meenakshi Kumar currently serves as Operations Leader at WMC Global and brings over 15 years of experience driving strategy, operational excellence, and transformational impact across organizations. She is passionate about supporting families through life’s most challenging moments and is committed to helping expand programs that provide comfort, guidance, and practical support to families navigating NICU and maternal health challenges.

Her background in technology strategy and business transformation will help support March for Miracles’ continued growth, sustainability, and community impact.
