Learning that becomes action.
A cohort connected by purpose.
High school students from across the United States joined the March for Miracles summer internship to explore nonprofits, NICU awareness, social media, and fundraising.
The 2026 cohort also contributed 65+ social media posts and 25+ grant applications. Six guest speakers helped connect the learning to real experience. Applications are submissions, not grants awarded.
Skills students can carry forward.
Participants practiced storytelling, collaboration, fundraising research, and communication while contributing to a mission rooted in compassion.
What comes next?
We plan to offer the internship again. Future dates and application details will be shared when confirmed.
A summer of learning, making, and sharing.
The summer brought nonprofit learning together with practical projects in fundraising and social media. Students learned about the NICU experience while exploring how thoughtful communication and community support can make a difference.
Start with the purpose
Orientation introduced the March for Miracles story and the two learning tracks. Guest perspectives connected the nonprofit mission with fundraising, communication, and the experiences of NICU families.
Put ideas into practice
The 2026 program plan included Canva and content planning, grant research, carousel posts, Reels, and Stories. These gave students concrete ways to develop an idea, organize information, and communicate it clearly.
Reflect and share the work
The 2026 program guide included progress check-ins, a final showcase, and introductions to NICU medical and nursing perspectives. Together, these learning opportunities connected project work with the people behind the mission.
Help the next generation put care into action.
Give, volunteer, or introduce your community to the mission. Small acts of care can become something meaningful together.
