FORMING STUDENT CHAPTER
Fremont Chapter
Supporting NICU babies and families through local service and awareness. A student chapter of March for Miracles.
Chapter lead: Ahan Shah
Big hearts for the smallest miracles.
March for Miracles brings volunteers, students, and community partners together to support NICU babies and families through practical care, awareness, and service.
Co-founders Diya and Isha Goel were born at 25 weeks and spent their first 73 days in the NICU. Their family’s experience inspired a commitment to giving back and helping others feel less alone.
Care takes many forms.
- Clothing, supplies, and thoughtful donations coordinated with receiving hospitals.
- Awareness of prematurity and the NICU experience.
- Meaningful opportunities for young people to learn, lead, and serve.
A shared mission in action.
Part of a wider mission: here is a look at March for Miracles’ work beyond our new Fremont chapter.
A Halloween moment of care.
March for Miracles partnered with Booz Allen Hamilton on a Halloween donation for Tampa General Hospital’s NICU. Volunteers helped turn creativity and community effort into handmade costumes for the project.
Young people learning through service.
Our virtual internship connected students across the United States to learn about nonprofits, NICU awareness, communication, social media, and fundraising.
