NICU Halloween Donation to Johns Hopkins All Children Hospital (2025)

This year’s NICU Halloween Drive brought joy and hope to the tiniest fighters at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg. Led by Diya and Isha, our March for Miracles youth volunteers created handmade “Hope Bundles” and over 70 handmade Halloween costumes for NICU babies and newborns. Each gift brought comfort, smiles, and a touch of celebration to families spending their holiday in the NICU.

Preparing for the NICU Halloween Drive, our volunteers spent weeks crafting each costume and bundle with love. The “Hope Bundles” included soft blankets, baby hats, and uplifting notes for parents — reminders that they’re not alone in their NICU journey. These acts of kindness are part of March for Miracles’ mission to spread encouragement and connection to families during challenging times.

The donation event was a wonderful success, touching the hearts of both parents and hospital staff. Fox13 Tampa Bay featured the story, showcasing how youth-led compassion and creativity can make a real difference in the lives of others.

NICU staff expressed heartfelt gratitude for the kindness and creativity behind this year’s NICU Halloween Drive. They said the costumes and Hope Bundles made their hospital rooms feel festive and full of hope, even during a difficult time. Diya and Isha shared how meaningful it was to see so many smiles and to connect with other young volunteers who wanted to give back. “Every bundle we pack is a reminder that small acts of love can make a big difference,” Diya said. “That’s what March for Miracles is all about,” Isha said.

Through this year’s NICU Halloween Drive, March for Miracles continues its mission to support NICU families across Florida — one costume, one bundle, and one miracle at a time.

We look forward to bringing more smiles in future drives, and hospitals interested in partnering with us can reach out through our Contact Us page.
